This Program is designed to prepare Engineers for a rewarding career in Technical & commercial Sales for our expanding Heat & Ventilation business. Upon completion of the 12 month program, employees are developed to take on responsibilities at a location where there is potential.

• Strong oral and written communication skills with desire to impact organization revenue through sales.

• Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required.

Education and Skills :

• Qualified candidates are who are currently pursuing master’s in business administration.
• Engineering graduates from fields of (Mechanical / electrical/ Chemicals / instrumentations / refrigeration) only!!
• Candidate should be open for Travel and relocation.
