Job Description :
Polaris is looking for Global Trade Associate (FTA) whose primary responsibility is to work on solicitation of free trade agreements, such as USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Free Trade Agreement), KORUS, country of origin assignment, and other trade compliance functions primarily for imports and exports within North America
Job Title : Associate
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Bangalore
Experinence : Fresher – 2 Years
Role and Responsibility :
- Solicit suppliers for free trade (USMCA, TRACE, KORUS) and country of origin
- Monitor and follow-up with supplier solicitations
- Review supplier responses for accuracy and maintain up-to-date trackers
- Make the calls to the suppliers or Polaris Internal team to get the faster solicitation responses when required
- Coordinating with stake holders to resolve critical issues/challenges
- Maintain appropriate recordkeeping to support free trade claims
Education And Skills:
- Any degree
- 0 to 2 years of trade compliance experience (Experience in FTA is an added advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpretation skill
- Problem Solving skills
