Job Description :

We are looking for dynamic, versatile individuals with a desire to support a wide variety of fast-moving projects in subsea and onshore energy transportation with a continuous focus on delivery and client satisfaction. Supporting global energy transition through decarbonisation including hydrogen transport and CO2 capture and injection is a key part of our future growth plans. We are looking to expand our consultancy team to support the significant growth in these sectors, while at the same time meeting commitments to existing hydrocarbon development infrastructure.

Role and Responsibility:

Provides system generated reports with consistent, concise and accurate information to Project Management, Disciplines, and Clients as required.
Executes Document Control activities in accordance with current policies and procedures.
Receive, check, accurately record into Document Control System and distribute all project technical drawings and documentation in an efficient and expeditious manner as requested by engineers in accordance with agreed Project and Corporate procedures.
Ensure that hard copy and electronic record files as required are maintained in good order to comply with QA requirements.
Contribute to compilation of final project dossiers, as built portfolios and archiving.
Establishes a systematic and comprehensive Project Filing System.
Undertake other tasks as required by the Lead Document Controller / Manager – Document Control
Accurately process and record all technical documentation in accordance with agreed procedures. Ensures agreed procedures satisfy project, client and regulatory requirements.

Education and Skills :

Passed out in the year 2023 or 2024 without any backlogs
B.Sc, BCA, B.Com graduates with 70%
Knowledge on MS office
Should be willing to work from office (Chennai)
