The IT End User Service Operations Team is part of Gartner Technology Services (GTS) and sits within the Client Services Organization. IT End User Service Ops partners closely with the service team leadership to continually drive efficiency & effectiveness gains while taking steps to ensure the IT End User organization is continually working towards the vision of fostering a people-centric culture and high performing teams.

Role and Responsibility :
- Partner with the Snr Director of IT End User Operations and Business Leader to develop communications used in updating our Senior Leadership team and key partners across Sales & Service.
- For each member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), establish a standard set of slides for use when meeting with their Sales counterparts (monthly).
- Enable each SLT member to go into meetings with more detailed insight into business & ability to propose actions to move the needle.
- Some components will be standardized across all SLT, and others will be custom per SLT
- Create regular reports for the global leaders, with an eye to automate and identify opportunities to improve both the value and experience of the information consumer.
Education and Skills:
- Undergraduate in quantitative field: engineering preferable
- 0 – 1 years of experience in business analytics with knowledge of advanced data manipulation and summarization skills using and Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy along with a strategic mindset to interpret and problem solve
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; be a self-starter who can anticipate business needs and fulfill them in a proactive manner
- PowerBI knowledge is good to have
