- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Experience with accounting systems and software (e.g. SAP).
- Knowledge of excel.
- Familiarity with reporting and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with customer to ensure smooth communication regarding reporting issues.
- Maintain customer documentation.
