Role and Responsibility :
- Offer remote technical support and operational guidance to both internal and external customers via Zoom, phone, and case updates.
- Employ active listening to grasp customer issues and their business impact, swiftly driving resolution with urgency.
- Embrace learning by continually expanding your technical and soft skill sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to tackle complex technical issues effectively.
- Set clear and friendly customer expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Skills & Education :
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving prowess, capable of diagnosing and troubleshooting intricate technical issues.
- Previous experience as a Level-1 Support Engineer or in a similar role, ideally within a software or technology company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying technical information to non-technical individuals.
- A customer-centric mindset dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems.
