Job Title : Associate Quality Executive
Job Type :Â Full Time
Location :Â Mumbai
Experience : Fresher – 6 Months
Role and Responsibility :
- Govern and track process compliance and provide regular feedback to business by regular review of service break events
- Govern and track business unit KPIs basis service break events
- Track relevant documents are uploaded to share drives and attached to Siebel tickets, missing data feedback will be provided to business
- Compliance improvement by providing process training and creating SOPs
- Any additional task given to the incumbent from time-to-time based on business needs
Education and skills:
- 0–6-month experience
- BE + MBA operations preferably
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer Network and SDLC cycle .
