We are looking for Customer Success Interns who are fast learners and can work across success guidance, education, support and delivery teams. You will be responsible for helping our customers achieve their business goals and solve their problems using our Calix products and managed services. You will also contribute in providing feedback and insights to our internal teams to improve our offerings and customer experience.

Role and Responsibility :
- Support senior team members by pulling necessary information required to deliver customer facing engagements.
- Implement strategies to ensure customers receive rapid and proactive knowledge and support.
- Continuously improve processes and contribute to growth by creating and updating content, playbooks, and processes.
- Develop processes and relationships to increase customer retention and loyalty, ultimately increasing renewal rates.
- Monitor health scores, satisfaction levels, and customer engagement.
Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, communications or related field.
- MBA or equivalent degree in business, management or marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
