Role and Responsibilities :
- Fresher with good communication.
- Adhere to TAT and accuracy, report out daily performance and update all performance logs and Report KPI’s/SLA’s as per agreed timelines
- Exposure into Helpdesk metrics
- Excellent Communication to handle international clients
Education and Skills :
- Freshers with good English Communication is Mandatory
- Qualification: Graduation compulsory (Without any standing arrear’s)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
- Attention to detail and Strong analytical skills to solve customer queries.
