Role and Responsibility :
- Coordination/follow up of various CCO deliverable like RCA, Incident management and Management Information and reporting
- Standardizing the Operating instructions with support from all CCO team members.
- Build productive working relationships with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds and operate effectively within a globally dispersed team operating in different time zones.
- Supporting other CCO deliverable depending on the needs of the business/function.
Education and skills:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Willingness to learn and navigate complex, multi-cultural teams
- Working knowledge of tools such as MS sharepoint, MS access, MS visio, VBA, SQLs, Macros, python, workflow solutions and visualization tools
