Job Description :

The role will help screening all upcoming changes & leading Change Advisory Board(CAB) forum to review changes & ensure they implement to existing compliance standards. The primary goal is to ensure customers have a secure and stable technical environment; ensuring planned maintenance & content change activities does not adversely risk or impact our customers’ experience.

Role and Responsibility :

• Track and maintain all telecommunications change in our systems.
• Handle change risk and ensure customer service risks are mitigated / implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with vendors and operational groups to resolve issues.
• Effective communication of planned, and emergency, change to customers.
• Provide to process and system improvements, enhancements and opportunities to automate workflow.
• Respond to emergency change notifications, assessing and mitigating risk.

Education and Skills :

• Limited previous experience in customer support functions
• Applies general knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements.
