An exciting opportunities for Procurement Internship which is a 6 months internship programme under Procurement – GBS has arisen under Rolls-Royce Bangalore office.

Role and Responsibility :
- Work on Ticket based system to assist the Strategic Buyer.
- Create/Update Purchase documents & follow-up with Requester’s in case of any issues.
- Create RFX sourcing event in the system and follow up for the bid.
- Perform Invoice clearance and assist invoice related queries.
- Expected to work on Vendor Onboarding & NDA creation.
Education and skills:
- Any Graduation ideally Finance/ Procurement / Computer science is preferred.
- Keen to understand/learn about SCM, Procurement and relevant fields.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Passion for Continuous Improvement.
- Good understanding with tools like Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
