As an Order Management Associate, your role will encompass overseeing seamless transaction processing, cultivating expertise in Quote to Order processes, and providing unparalleled customer service. Additionally, you will play a vital role in Deal Desk operations, ensuring accurate order-to-cash summaries and facilitating smooth transitions from deal negotiations to order fulfillment.

Role and Responsibility :

Order Processing: Efficiently process orders received from VADs, Partners, Contract Specialists, Sales Reps, and Customers across the globe for various Line of Business products and services.
Quotation Management: Provide timely and accurate quotations for License & First Year support, Quoting & Contracting services, Support Renewals, Education & Hardware products.
Contract Management: Assist in contract creation, review, and management, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Order Tracking: Monitor order status, manage order changes, and ensure on-time delivery of products and services.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with relevant teams to manage inventory levels and ensure availability of products for order fulfillment.

Education and Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
0-2 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comprehend and articulate complex concepts.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
